对我国煤炭上市公司债务规模、债务结构进行动态分析,然后对我国煤炭上市公司债务结构的优化提出建议,从而促进煤炭上市公司在经营中维持合理债务结构,提高公司业绩。

This paper made a dynamic analysis of the debt scale and debt structure of the coal listed companies in China, and then put forward some suggestions on the optimization of the debt structure to promote coal listed companies to maintain a reasonable debt structure and improve the company＇s operating performance.
