摘要 在综合机械化固体充填采煤技术中,以地面煤矸石、粉煤灰、黄土等固体废弃物为主要充填材料,借助充填设备实现采空区充填与压实是一种行之有效的充填方法。为了更好实现固体充填的充填质量,保证充填密实,切实起到有效支撑地面的作用,本文探讨了固体充填材料的比例特征,对充填体应力特性进行试验研究,确定了煤矸石与黄土最佳配合比例,分析了未掺及掺入胶结料后固体充填体的强度及密实充填率、充填体压缩率变化情况,提出了对固体充填体进行二次注浆方法,结果表明通过此方法完全可以实现充填胶结体的连续性,保证了充填体的密实充填率。 With the help of backfilling equipment, taking gangue, coal ash, loess and other solid waste as filling materials to realize goal filling and compaction was an effective filling method in fully mechanized solid backfilling mining technology. In order to achieve better solid filling quality and density and effectively support the ground, the authors discussed characteristics of the solid filling materials ratio and carried out the test research on stress properties of filling materials, determined the best ratio of gangue and loess, analyzed the strength, solid filling ratio and compression ratio variation of solid filling body with or without ce menting materials, put forward secondary grouting method for solid filling body. The results showed that the method could realize continuous cementing filling and ensure dense filling ratio.
