摘要
柳塔煤矿浅埋综采工作面底部存在有3条横向空巷,由于现采煤层距离横向巷道仅为3.5~10m,受采动影响存在垮塌、设备陷落、伤人等危险,对工作面的安全回采构成严重威胁。为了保障浅埋工作面顺利推过3条不等间距底空巷,通过数值模拟研究了空巷支护强度、层间距对空巷顶板破坏的影响规律,并制定了分类补强支护、调整开采参数、加强监测与管理等过空巷技术措施。实践表明,采取的技术措施有效可行,对我国矿区类似开采情况具有实际的参考价值。
There were three transverse abandoned roadways which were only 3.5-- 10 m from floor of shallow buried fully mechanized face in Liuta Coal Mine, so the roadways were easily affected by mining and in a dangerous situation of collapse, equipment falling and human casualty, that was a severe threat for safety mining. In order to advance successfully through the three abandoned roadways in the floor of shallow buried coal face, numerical simulation had been used to study the influence law of supporting strength and layer spacing on roof failure of empty roadways, and then technical measures of face advancing across abandoned roadways such as classifying reinforce support, adjusting mining parameters and enhancing monitor and management were determined. The practices showed that the technical measures were effective and available, and had actual reference value for mining areas with similar mining conditions.
