镁合金表面制备羟基磷灰石涂层的研究现状 被引量:2

摘要 镁及其合金具有可降解的特点,同时具有良好的生物相容性。与其他医用金属材料相比,其力学性能和弹性模量最为接近于人体骨的,被认为是近十年新一代最有潜力的生物医用植入材料之一。但是镁合金的耐腐蚀性较差,在很大程度上限制了其在医学领域的应用与发展。在镁合金表面涂覆羟基磷灰石生物陶瓷涂层,不仅能够提高镁合金的耐腐蚀性,更能够赋予其优良的生物活性。介绍了镁合金和羟基磷灰石的性能特点,综述了在镁合金表面制备羟基磷灰石涂层的工艺方法,并对镁基羟基磷灰石生物陶瓷涂层作为生物医用材料的未来发展方向进行了展望。 Due to their good biodegradability and biocompatibility, magnesium and its al- loys have become the most promising biomedical implant materials of the new generation in the recent ten years. Compared with other medical metal materials, their mechanical performance and elastic modulus are most similar to human bone. However, the usage and develep- ment of the magnesium and its alloys are limited in the medical field because of its relatively poor corrosion resistance. Hydroxyapatite bioceramic coating on the surface of magnesium alloys can not only improve corrosion resistance, but also promote the bioactivity of magnesium alloys. This overview covers the performance characteristics of magnesium alloys and hydroxyapatite,various methods of how to prepare hydroxyapatite coating on the surface of magnesium alloy, and its future application as biomedical materials.
