摘要
分化良好的原代人呼吸道上皮细胞培养体系(HAE),是新近发展起来的呼吸道上皮组织体外重构技术。目前,该技术在国际上被广泛应用于病毒学的研究。本文将聚焦于HAE体系及其在呼吸道病毒研究中的应用,从呼吸道上皮的生理结构、固有免疫系统、体外重构方法以及HAE在呼吸道病毒研究中的应用等几个方面进行简要介绍以及系统的总结及展望。
Well-differentiated primary human airway epithelial cell culture ( HAE), an organotyp- ic human airway culture system, has been increasingly used as a linkage between researches conducted on animal models and humans. In this review, we focus on progress in technological development and its appli- cation in virology. The following aspects are covered in this review : ( 1 ) Structure and function of the normal airway, (2) Role of respiratory epithelial cells in pulmonary innate immunity, ( 3 ) Development of primary human airway epithelial cell cultures, (4)Application of primary human airway epithelial cell cultures in vi- rology.
