益生菌联合康复新液在活动期轻中度溃疡性结肠炎患者中的临床效果分析

Clinical effect of probiotics combined with Kangfuxin solution on patients with mild to moderate ulcerative colitis at active stage

目的探讨益生菌联合康复新液对活动期轻中度溃疡性结肠炎患者的治疗效果。方法选取2015年2月至2016年2月北京市顺义区医院收治的活动期轻中度溃疡性结肠炎患者80例,随机分为观察组(n=40例)和对照组(n=40例),观察组患者采用基础性治疗+益生菌联合康复新液治疗,对照组患者仅进行基础性治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的肠内镜下病变活动性评分(disease activity index,DAI)以及治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率。结果治疗前两组患者的DAI评分差异无显著性(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者的DAI评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而两组患者的不良反应发生率差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论对活动期轻中度溃疡性结肠炎患者,采用益生菌联合康复新液治疗可取得良好效果且具有较好的安全性。

Objective To explore the effect of probiotics combined with Kangfuxin solution on patients with active and mild ulcerative colitis. Method Eighty patients with mild to moderate ulcerative colitis in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were randomly divided intoobservationgrbup （n=40） and control group （n---40）. The observation groulof patients with lrobiotics combined with rehabilitationof new liquid for treatment, the control group of patients with basic treatttment（DAI） were compared between the two groups before and after treatrnent. Thetotal effective rate and adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups. Result Before treatment, there was no significant difference in DAI score between the two groups （P〉 0.05）. The DAI score of the observation group after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control .group （p. 〈 0.05）..The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. There wasno signiticant ditterence in the adverse reaction rate between the observation group and the control group （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The combination of probiotics and Kangfuxin solution in patients with mild to moderate ulcerative colitis can improve the curative effect and promote the recovery of the symptoms of patients with active ulcerative colitis, and it is safe and worthy of popularization and application.
