摘要
目的建立冷却塔军团菌病健康风险综合评价指标体系,为人群健康风险提供定量评价方法。方法通过文献回顾、现场监测和现场调查进行基础指标筛选,以专家访谈和会议研讨的形式确立指标体系结构,利用序关系法计算指标权重并完成冷却塔军团菌病健康风险评价指标体系的构建。结果确定了综合评价指标体系,包括一级指标3项,二级指标10项,专家协调系数W值为0.699(P<0.001)。结论序关系法应用于冷却塔军团菌健康风险评价指标体系具有较强的可操作性与实用性,并为进一步建立风险预警模型奠定基础。
Objective To develop a health risk assessment indexes system for providing quantitative methods. Methods Literature review, site monitoring and field survey were used to establish the initial indexes and the rank correlation analysis method was used to build a health risk assessment indexes system of Legionnaires'disease related with cooling towers of public duildings. Results The health risk assessment indexes system of Legionnaires'disease related with cooling towers was consist of three first-class of indexes, 10 second-class of indexes. The coordination coefficients of experts (W value) was 0.699 (P〈 0.001). Conclusion The developed health risk assessment indexes system of Legionnaires'disease related with cooling towers has operability and practicability and it will lay the foundation for further establishment of risk early-warning models.
