摘要
目的建立生活饮用水水质处理器卫生安全性试验中15种金属元素的电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP/MS)快速测定法。方法按照样品说明书要求安装水质处理器,用自来水和纯水冲洗滤芯后注入纯水,于室温浸泡24 h。采集浸泡水样,以115In作为在线内标消除基体效应,以雾化器流速为0.92 L/min,辅助气流速为1.20 L/min,射频发生器功率为1 200 W,等离子气体流速为15.0 L/min,用碰撞反应池ICP-MS法快速测定样品中铝、铬、锰、镍、铜、锌、砷、硒、银、镉、锡、锑、钡、汞和铅15种元素。结果 15种金属元素在0.04~50.0μg/L范围内线性良好,相关系数均大于0.999,检出限为0.05~10.5μg/L,各元素在低和高两个浓度水平加标回收率在90.2%~112.3%之间,RSD为1.6%~7.9%。在检测的实际样品中,锰、镍、锌、砷、银、镉、锑和汞8种元素检出,其余7种元素测定结果均低于检出限。结论本方法操作简单快速、灵敏度高,可用于生活饮用水水质处理器卫生安全性浸泡试验中多种金属元素同时测定。
Objective To establish a new method for simultaneous determination of 15 metals in soaking water of hygienic safety test for water treatment devices by ICP-MS. Methods According to the sample instructions required, the treatment devices were installed,the filter was rinsed by using water and pure water after the injection of pure water,soaked for 24 h at room temperature. Under the optimum operating conditions of ICP-MS instrument,the soaking water samples were collected, indium as an internal standard was used to eliminate the matrix effect,nebulizer gas flow rate was 0.92 L/min, auxiliary gas flow rate was 1.20 L/min, RF generator power was 1 200 W, plasma gas flow rate of 15.0 L/min, the collision reaction pool ICP-MS method was used for rapid determination of aluminum, chromium, manganese, nickel, copper, zinc, arsenic, selenium, barium, cadmium, tin, antimony, silver, mercury and lead. Results The linear ranges for 15 elements were 0.04-50.0 μg/L with a correlation coefficient for each element of more than 0.999,the limits of detection were 0.05-10.5 μg/L,the recoveries in the low and high concentration were between 90.2%-112.3% ,the relative standard deviations were 1.6%-7.9%. In the determination of samples, manganese, nickel, zinc, arsenic, mercury, cadmium, antimony, silver were detected, the other seven metals were below the detection limit. Conclusion This method is convenient,quick,accurate and sensitive and it is very suitable for simultaneous determination of multi-element for hygienic safety test of water treatment devices.
