摘要
目的探讨饮用水臭氧水机的评价方法,为市场准入提供安全有效的检测评价方案。方法在臭氧水机的额定产水量内,自来水以1.0 L/min流速流经该净水器,通过中和剂鉴定、总体性能、饮用水消毒效果、臭氧水定量杀菌等试验对饮用水臭氧水机的安全及应用效果进行评价。结果含0.2%硫代硫酸钠、0.2%吐温-80的0.03 mol/L PBS溶液的中和剂和中和产物对大肠杆菌及培养基无不良影响。总体性能试验、饮用水消毒效果试验符合《生活饮用水消毒剂和消毒设备卫生安全评价规范》(试行)和GB 5749—2006《生活饮用水卫生标准》的要求;当作用时间达到30 min时,该臭氧水机产生的臭氧水对染菌载体上的大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌杀灭的对数值均大于3,符合《消毒技术规范》(2002)的要求。结论通过中和剂鉴定、总体性能、饮用水消毒效果、臭氧水定量杀菌等指标可对臭氧水机的使用安全性能及消毒应用效果等做出全面的评价。
Objective To develop a hygienic safety method for the water treatment units with ozone disinfection. Methods In the rated output water quantity of this water treatment units, the current velocity of tap water flowing through the machine was 1.0 L/rain and the comprehensive safety and effectiveness was evaluated, such as neutralizer identity,overall performance, disinfection effect, ozone water quantitative sterilization, etc. Results The neutralizer and neutralizing product had no influences on Escherichia coli and culture medium. The overall performance and disinfection effect conformed to the Hygiene and Safety Evaluation Standard of Disinfectants and Disinfection Equipment for Drinking Water and the Sanitary Standard for Drinking Water (GB 5749-2006); The logarithmic value of disinfection more than 3, conformed to the Disinfection Technical Standard (2002). Conclusion Through the neutralizer identity,overall performance,disinfection effect and ozone water quantitative sterilization, can comprehensive evaluate the safety and application effect of disinfection of the water treatment units with ozone disinfection.
