响应面法优化两歧双歧杆菌益生元类冻干保护剂 被引量:12

Optimization of Bifidobacterium bifidum prebiotics cryoprotector by response surface method

摘要 以两歧双歧杆菌(Bifidobacterium bifidum)为试验菌株,以冻干存活率为评价指标,采用中心组合试验设计对两歧双歧杆菌益生元类冻干保护剂进行优化。结果显示,益生元类冻干保护剂的优化配方为菊糖13%,水苏糖11%,低聚木糖7%,经重复试验验证后的冻干存活率是(88.7±1.3)%,与预测值无显著性差异(P>0.05),这说明采用响应面法优化两歧双歧杆菌冻干保护剂是可行的。 Using the Bifidobacterium bifidum as the test strain and freezing survival rate as evaluation index, B. bifidum prebiotics cryoprotector was optimized by central composite design. The results showed that the optimum formula of the prebiotics cryoprotector was inulin 13%, stachyose 11%, xylooligosaccharide 7%. Under the conditions, the freezing survival rate was (88.7±1.3)% by repeated verification tests, which had no significant difference with the predicted value (P〉 0.05). The study indicated that optimization ofB. bifidum cryoprotector was feasible by response surface method.
