宜宾水源与白酒中常见金属元素含量测定

Determination of common metal elements of Yibin water and Baijiu

对五粮液产地岷江水、金沙江水、五粮液生产用水及52度五粮液、45度五粮春、52度五粮液基酒、五粮液华彩人生酒进行了钙(Ca)、镁(Mg)、锌(Zn)、铜(Cu)、铁(Fe)、铅(Pb)六种金属元素含量的分析。结果表明,宜宾岷江水、金沙江水、五粮液生产用水的Ca含量为27.80~30.17 mg/L,Mg含量为19.81~20.20 mg/L,Zn含量为4.22~12.67μg/L,Cu含量为47.80~93.00μg/L,Fe含量为29.89~780.57μg/L,Pb均未检出;4种酒中Ca含量为2.40~48.43 mg/L,Mg含量为5.32~21.19 mg/L,Zn含量为128.08~384.27μg/L,Cu含量为8.52~100.62μg/L,Fe含量为3.26~59.53μg/L,Pb均未检出。宜宾水源与白酒中常见金属元素含量满足相关国标要求。

The contents of Ca, Mg, Zn, Cu, Fe, and Pb in Min River, Jinsha River, Wuliangye production water, Wuliangye Baijiu with alcohol 52%, Wuliangchun Baijiu with alcohol 45%, Wuliangye Baijiu original with alcohol 52%, Wuliangye Huacairensheng Baijiu was detected. Results showed that metal elements contents of Min River, Jinsha River and Wuliangye production water were Ca 27.80-30.17 mg/L, Mg 19.81-20.20 mg/L, Zn 4.22-12.67 μg/L, Cu 47.80-93.00 μg/L, Fe 29.89-780.57 μg/L, and Pb was not detected. The metal element contents in four kinds of Baijiu were Ca 2.40-48.43 mg/L, Mg 5.32-21.19 mg/L, Zn 128.08-384.27 wg/L, Cu 8.52-100.62 μg/L, Fe 3.26-59.53 μg/L and Pb was not detected. The contents of common metal elements contents in Yibin water and Baijiu meet the requirements of relevant National Standard.
