摘要
冷箱是G-M/J-T氦制冷机系统的核心装置,氦制冷机冷箱由真空杜瓦、热防护屏组件、低温阀门和换热器组等构成,工作温度远低于环境温度。冷箱的漏热是影响G-M/J-T氦制冷机性能的一个重要因素。通过对G-M/J-T氦制冷机冷箱各主要部件的漏热计算,得出了冷箱内部主要部件漏热量分布,并进行了冷箱漏热实验验证,为G-M/J-T氦制冷机系统的优化设计和实验运行提供指导。
Heat leakage is an important element of the effectiveness of cooling power for the G - M/J - T helium refrigerator system. In this paper, the refrigerator system of the test facility was described, the heat leakage of the cold box was theoretically analysed and the calculation results were tested experimentally. The results will provide positive elements to optimize the G - M/J -T helium refrigerator system.
