低温超导磁选机在非金属矿降铁除杂中的应用 被引量:6

Application of cryogenic superconducting magnetic separator in reducing iron content of non-metallic mineral

摘要 介绍了潍坊新力超导磁电科技有限公司生产的往复式低温超导磁选装备用于部分非金属矿除铁提纯,简述了该设备的磁选机结构、高梯度超导磁体以及分选系统。试验结果表明与常规电磁选机相比,经过超导磁选机分选后的非金属矿精矿产品铁含量都有明显的降低,且适用于多种非金属矿。通过实验证明磁场强度是导致超导磁选优于电磁选的主要因素。 The paper introduced the reciprocating cryogenic superconducting magnetic separator using in the part of the puri- fication of non - metallic mineral,which was manufactured by Weifang Xinli Superconducting Magnet Technology Co. ,Ltd. The e- quipment structure of magnetic separator, high gradient superconducting magnets and sorting system were expressed. Experimental results show that the iron content of non - metallic mineral concentrate products after superconducting magnetic separator reduces significantly compared with the conventional electromagnetic separator. Superconducting magnetic separator is applicable to a vari- ety of non - metallic mineral. The experiments prove that magnetic field strength is the main factor of superconducting magnetic separation being better than magnetic separation.
