摘要
食物短缺是社会贫困问题的重要体现,也是反贫困研究的重要议题。近年来,食物银行的实践引起了社会的广泛关注,然而国内有关食物银行的研究却相对较少,而基于反贫困视域对食物银行发展的比较研究更是鲜见。对此,本文选择了加拿大和香港这两个分别信奉食物权利与食物慈善的典型国家和地区作为研究对象,并基于其社会民主主义与自由主义两种不同的意识形态,对其食物银行的产生、发展和运行机制进行了详细梳理和比较,以期为当下正在实施精准扶贫战略中的我国发展食物银行提供有价值的参考。
In recent years, the practice of food bank has attracted widespread social attention.However, very limited research had been done on this topic. As Canada believes food right, and Hong Kong believes food charity, there exist obvious differences between the origins of food banks in the two typical country and district. This article thoroughly compared the differences of background, development processes, modes of development as well as trends of food banks in Canada and Hong Kong. Based on the findings, this study also shed light on the development of food banks in China at the end of this essay.
