摘要 不锈钢ZG1Cr11Ni2WMoV轴承座铸件内部型腔结构复杂、型腔尺寸小,因此其浇注系统设计难度大。研究了两种不同浇注系统对轴承座铸件质量的影响。结果表明:对于内腔结构复杂,结构尺寸小的铸件,应采用顶注式浇注系统,浇注系统设计时要尽量避免内浇道数量过多或者尺寸过大,同时对厚大部位进行补缩,严格控制内浇道在蜡模组焊时的位置。利用选定方案进行产品试制后,对轴承座铸件进行了生产,产品合格率可以得到保证。 The mold cavity structure of the bearing block casting by ZG1Cr11Ni2WMoV stainless steel is complex and its size is small, so it is difficult to design the pouring system of the casting. The effects of two pouring systems on the quality of the casting were studied. The result shows that the top gating system should be adopted for the casting with complex mold cavity and small size, and the number of ingates should not be too many and their size should not too big; the thick area of the casting should be fed, and the position of the ingate during the wax pattern combination welding should be strictly controlled. After the trial manufacture by the adopted process, the production of bearing block casting was carried out and qualified rate of the castings can be guaranteed.
