摘要
本文介绍了ISO 1083:2004标准规定的普通球墨铸铁材料的基本性能,与灰铸铁不同,球墨铸铁的力学性能主要决定于其基体组织。球墨铸铁的化学成分和碳当量控制范围比较窄,因其变化对力学性能影响相对较小。与灰铸铁相比,球形石墨对基体的割裂作用较小,因此球墨铸铁的断面敏感性不太明显。合金元素对球墨铸铁基体组织的形成有影响,从而影响球墨铸铁件的力学性能。可通过热处理的方式使球墨铸铁的基体组织发生转变,从而改善其力学性能。
This paper introduced the basic properties of spheroidal graphite irons material in ISO 1083:2004. The mechanical properties of spheroidal graphite cast iron are mainly determined by its matrix structure, which is different from gray cast iron. Spheroidal graphite irons composition and carbon equivalent can be controlled in a fairly narrow range, for the change effect of chemical composition on its mechanical properties is relatively small. The section sensitivity of spheroidal graphite irons is obviously less than that of gray cast iron because the spherical graphite splits less on the matrix. Alloying elements influence the formation of matrix of spheroidal graphite cast iron, thereby affect the mechanical properties. The matrix microstructure of spheroidal graphite cast iron can be changed by heat treatment to improve its mechanical properties.
