档案学专业校外实践基地运作模式研究——以福建师范大学为例

对国内外相关专业实践教学、实践基地、合作协议等成果进行梳理发现,当前档案学专业校外实践基地建设应在"动态、稳定与多层次"和"体现档案行业特色"的目标导向下,以"独特优势资源的互助发展"尤其是"双师型"团队建设为主要内容,逐渐形成"共建共享"、"职业化"和"效益外溢"的可推广、可复制的运作模式。

Combing through the domestic and foreign relevant professional practice teaching, practice base, cooperation agreement and other results found, under the guidance of＂ dynamics, stability and multi level＂ and ＂embodying archival profession characteristics ＂ with the construction of current practice base of Archival Science Professional, we should build ＂mutual development of the advantages of unique resources＂ and ＂double division mentors＂ teams as the main contents, gradually form a ＂co-construction and sharing＂, ＂professionalization＂ and ＂overflow of benefit＂ operation mode which can be promoted and copied.
