Discussion on the Construction of Service Area of Traditional Chinese Medicine Characteristics in Community under Universal Two-Child Policies

在"全面二孩"政策下人口数量必然会增长,本研究主要探讨医疗卫生资源将来可能面对的问题,建议社区卫生服务机构要抓住机遇,积极发展中医药技术,提高服务能力。基于中医药政策支持与鼓励、互联网+技术推广和人才队伍建设等3个方面提出建设中医社区特色技术服务区的设想,旨在优化配置、整合医疗卫生资源,提高社区中医药服务能力。

Population must increase under universal Two-Child Policies. It discussed the issue of health care resources and suggested community health service institutions should seize the opportunity and develop technique of traditional Chinese medicine actively so that it could help to improve the service ability. With the three points of the policy support, encouragement and Internet ＋ technology promotion of traditional Chinese medicine, it suggested the construction of service area of traditional Chinese medicine characteristics in community for optimizing the allocation of the integration of medical and health resources and improving the capacity of community services of traditional Chinese medicine.
