苏州市居民呼吸系统疾病死亡与大气二氧化氮的相关性研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析大气中主要气态污染物二氧化氮(NO2)对苏州市居民每日呼吸系统疾病死亡人数的影响。方法收集苏州市2010—2013年居民每日呼吸系统疾病死亡资料、大气主要污染物浓度(NO2、SO2和PM10)及气象因素(日均气温、相对湿度)资料。采用时间序列的广义相加模型,并建立双污染物模型,以检验NO2对居民每日呼吸系统疾病死亡人数的效应是否受到其他大气污染物影响。结果 NO2浓度与苏州市居民每日呼吸系统疾病死亡均有关系,NO2浓度每升高10μg/m3,所有居民、男性的呼吸系统日死亡率分别增加1.428%(0.453%~2.403%)、1.534%(0.245%~2.720%)。建立的拟合双污染物模型中,加入PM2.5后,N02的效应有所升高,并仍具有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论苏州市大气中NO2浓度升高导致所有居民呼吸系统疾病死亡率有所增加。 OBJECTIVE To analyze the effet of nitrogen dioxide(NO2)the gaseous pollutants in the atmosphere, in Suzhou City resident, daily death from the respiratory system diseases. METHODS Collecting residents daily respiratory disease mortality data, atmospheric concentrations of major pollutants (NO2, S02, PM10) and meteorological factors (average daily temperature, relative humidity) data. Time series of generalized additive model, and establish two-pollutant models to test NO2 residents daily respiratory system disease deaths were affected by other atmospheric pollutants RESULTS NO2 concentration and the residents of Suzhou City daily respiratory diseases death has relations, NO2 concentration increased by 10 μg / m3, all the inhabitants, male respiratory system daily mortality in- creased 1.428% (0.453% - 2.403%), respectively, 1.534% (0.245% - 2.720%). Fitting dual model of pollutants, after adding PM2.5, NO2 effect was increased, and which was still statistically significant (P〈0.05). CONCLUSION Suzhou NO2 concentration in the atmo- sphere led to all residents of respiratory disease mortality has increased.
