拔牙患者牙科畏惧症的现状及影响因素研究

Research on the Current Status and Influencing Factors of the Dental Fear among Patients Taking Tooth Extraction

目的研究拔牙患者在拔牙就诊期间的焦虑状况及其相关影响因素,为减少牙科畏惧症发生提供参考。方法采用牙科焦虑量表(DAS)对400例拔牙患者进行问卷调查和数据统计。结果 400名牙科患者中,有8.5%的患者患有牙科畏惧症,其中性别、自身及亲友拔牙经历、拔牙类型、疼痛耐受度以及就诊时的心理精神状态是主要影响因素。结论拔牙畏惧症是受多种因素影响的,口腔医护人员可以采取针对性措施降低拔牙畏惧症的发生,保证牙科治疗顺利进行。

OBJECTIVE To study the anxiety and its related factors among patients who wiould undergo tooth extraction and give refer- ence for reduction the incidence of dental fear. METHODS Dental anxiety scale （DAS） was used to investigate 400 patients with tooth extraction. RESULTS 8.5% of 400 patients suffered from dental fear. Sex, extraction experience of self and relatives, tooth extraction type, pain tolerance degree and the psychological state of treatment were the main influencing factors of dental fear. CONCLUSION The dental fear of tooth extraction was affected by many factors. Dental doctor should take some targeted measures to make the dental treatment go well.
