斜导管注浆框架梁在路堤边坡变形加固中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 为分析公路填方边坡在遇到滑移开裂变形破坏时使用斜导管注浆框架梁的可靠性,通过一个成功的边坡变形病害治理实例,应用ABAQUS有限元三维模拟,分析了斜导管注浆框架梁的适用范围、受力特点、加固前后边坡的稳定变化及加固效果。斜导管注浆方案将复合地基理念引入边坡加固,通过在边坡中植入穿过潜在滑动面的钢管并且注浆,注浆本身让变形体及附近土体成为复合土体,同时起到保护钢管免受锈蚀的作用。钢管类似于加筋体,可直接在滑动面上提供阻滑力。应用斜导管注浆框架梁克服了坡体里缺少较坚硬的锚固段而无法使用预应力锚索、锚杆框架梁的限制,保护既有路基,且施工快速。结论表明斜导管注浆框架梁是一种较理想的处治方法,可为此类治理条件受限的边坡变形破坏提供有益借鉴和参考。 In order embankment slope treatment example, the stability change to analyze the reliability of reinforcement of using oblique steel pipe grid-work girder, the cracking and sliding failure in highway based on a successful slope deformation the application scope, the stress characteristics of the oblique steel pipe grid-work girder, and the reinforcement effect of the slope before and after strengthening is analyzed by using 3D ABAQUS FE simulation. The scheme of grouting oblique steel pipe introduces composite foundation into slope reinforcement. By embedding grouting steel pipe which passes through the sliding surface, the grouting can change the deformable soil and the soil around it to a composite soil mass and protect the steel pipe from corrosion at the same time. The steel pipe likes the reinforcement which can provide anti-slide force directly on the sliding surface. The application of grouted oblique steel pipe grid-work girder can overcome the restrainment of no hard anchorage in the slope for using pre-stressed anchor cable or bolt frame beam, which can protect existing sub-grade and save construction time. It is concluded that the oblique steel pipe grid-work girder would be an ideal treatment choice, which can provide a helpful and instructional reference to the similar slope failure treatment engineering project.
