摘要
研究出一种新型金刚石/铜基复合材料化学镀镍预处理工艺。考察了除油、粗化、活化等预处理过程对化学镀镍的影响。结果表明:该工艺能有效解决金刚石/铜基复合材料化学镀镍中存在的漏镀、结合力差等问题。
A novel pretreatment process of electroless nickel plating on diamond/copper matrix composites was developed. The influence of pretreatment process, such as oil removal, coarsening, activation, etc. , on electroless nickel plating was investigated. Results showed that this process can effectively solve the problems of skip plating and poor adhesion of electroless nickel plating on diamond/copper matrix composites.
