摘要
以AZ31B镁合金为基材,在碱性环境下化学镀Ni-P-SiC。通过正交试验得到最佳的配方及工艺条件为:氟化铵60.0g/L,柠檬酸三钠75.0g/L,碘化钾0.06g/L,SiC 6.0g/L,硫酸镍24.0g/L,次磷酸钠18.0g/L,十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.06g/L,pH值8.5,85℃,1h。在此工艺条件下,得到结合力强、表面平整、组织致密、具有较强耐蚀性和耐磨性的Ni-P-SiC复合镀层。
AZ31B magnesium alloy was used as the base material, and electroless plating of Ni- P-SiC was conducted under the alkalinity environment. The optimum formula and process conditions determined through orthogonal experiment were as follows.. NH4F 60.0 g/L, Na3C6H5O7·2H2O 75.0 g/L, KI 0. 06 g/L, SiC 6. 0 g/L, NiSO4 ~ 6H20 24. 0 g/L, NaH2PO2· H2O 18.0 g/L, C18H29NaO3S 0.06 g/L, pH value 8. 5, temperature 85℃, time 1 h. Under these conditions, the prepared Ni-P-SiC composite coating adhere well to the substrate and possess dense surface and compact structure, which resulting in better corrosion resistance and wear resistance.
