Windmill-shaped Point Type Housing Design

点式住宅的平面形式以对称居多,而对于特定用地或有其他考虑因素的用地,亦经常采用非对称的平面形式。文章以两个风车形住宅设计为例,初步探讨如何充分利用中小套型的有限空间,做出因地制宜的、具有相对较高舒适度的、"适用、经济、绿色、美观"的住宅设计。

The plane design of point type housing is mostly symmetrical, but for some special lands or lands having other considerations, the non-symmetrical design is also frequently adopted. Take two windmill-shaped housing designs as the examples, this paper discusses how to make the best of the limited space within small and medium apartments, and how to develop the specific design in accordance with apartments＇ actual situation, such design shall be featured by ＂applicable, economical, green and beautiful＂ and a higher comfort level.
