住宅给排水系统中的设计问题及解决办法

Design Problems and Solutions of Housing's Water Supply and Drainage System

给排水系统是住宅小区配套系统中非常重要的部分,直接影响着住宅的品质。设计师在设计小区给排水系统时,要充分考虑、运用科学合理的设计方案,真正做到未雨绸缪,确保给排水系统不会出现问题。然而,我国许多住宅小区中,给排水系统的设计理念不太符合实际生活情况,产生不少问题。文章从使用角度出发,就目前住宅小区因设计考虑不周而出现的几个问题进行分析,探讨造成这些问题的主要原因及解决方法。

Water supply and drainage system is a very important part of residential community＇s supporting systems; it directly affects the quality of the housing. During the design of residential community＇s drainage system, designers shall fully consider the use of scientific and rational design; truly take precautions measures to ensure that the drainage system will not cause any problem. However, for many residential communities in China, the design concepts of their water supply and drainage systems are not consistent with the actual living conditions and result in a lot of problems. From the perspective of using, this paper analyzes the several problems in current residential community caused by poor design considerations and discuss the main reasons behind these problems as well as solutions.
