摘要 通过构建环境复合污染指数,采用2004—2012年中国31个省区市面板数据,运用空间计量方法对各省域经济增长、环境污染程度及其关系进行了实证分析。结果表明:我国的环境污染存在显著的空间自相关性;在进一步扩充环境库兹涅茨曲线(EKC)后,空间滞后模型验证了环境污染与经济增长之间存在倒U型关系;同时,还得出中国省域环境质量不仅受到邻近区域环境污染程度的影响,还受到区域间结构性差异的误差冲击,而产业结构、对外开放程度等空间因素会改善环境质量。 By calculating the composite environment pollution index, this paper employs the panel data of 31 Chinese provinces from 2004 to 2012 and analyzes distribution patterns and evolution trends of the provincial economical growth as well as the level of environ- mental pollution. The result shows that environmental pollution has a significant spatial correlation, and when the traditional Environ- mental Kuznets Curve (EKC) is further extended, it confirms the existence of EKC between environmental pollution and economic growth of "inverted U-shape" by spatial lag model. In addition, it demonstrates the quality of Chinese provincial environment is not on- ly influenced by their neighbors, but also is impacted by the structural difference between regions, while those spatial factors such as the industrial structure and openness can improve environmental quality.
