Optimization of Extraction of Polysaccharide from Trollius chinensis Bunge in Daxing'an Mountain by Response Surface Method

摘要 利用纤维素酶解法研究大兴安岭金莲花多糖提取工艺。考察温度、p H值、提取时间及加酶量对金莲花多糖提取的影响,利用响应面分析法对金莲花多糖提取条件进行优化。试验获得最佳工艺条件为:温度55℃,时间102 min,p H值4.15,加酶量32.23 U/g,金莲花多糖提取率达10.43%。 Enzymatic extraction and alcohol precipitation method was used to extract polysaccharide from Trollilts chinensis Bunge. On the basis of single factor experiments, polysaccharide extraction conditions were studied by response surface analysis method, the effects of temperature, time, pH and enzyme amount on the polysaccharide extraction were studied. The best technological conditions were obtained: temperature 55 ℃, time 102 min, pH 4.15, enzyme amount 32.23 U/g , the extraction yield was up to 10.43 % under this condition.
