地方特色小杂粮农药残留检测分析研究

Study on Pesticide Residue Analysis of Minor Food Crops

建立高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(LC-MS/MS)测定小杂粮中氨基甲酸酯类农药残留分析方法。样品以乙腈为提取剂,超声波提取。该方法加标回收率平均值为83.5%~103%,检出限在0.006μg/kg^0.031μg/kg,定量限在0.016μg/kg^0.085μg/kg范围内,相对标准偏差在0.83%~5.8%范围内。

A high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was developed for the determination of carbamate pesticide residues of minor food crops. The samples were extracted by ultrasonic extraction with acetonitrile, the average spiked recovery of this method was range from 83.5 % to 103 %. Limit of detection were in 0.006 μg/kg-0.031 μg/kg, limit of quantitation were in 0.016 μg/kg-0.085 μg/kg. Relative standard deviation were in 0.83 %-5.8 %.
