摘要
探讨姬松茸多糖对小鼠免疫功能和抗疲劳作用的影响。成年小鼠40只随机分为对照组、姬松茸多糖低剂量组、中剂量组和高剂量组,每组10只。分别以生理盐水、100、150、200 mg/kg浓度姬松茸多糖灌胃给药,持续10 d,对小鼠进行抗疲劳试验和相关免疫指标的测定。姬松茸多糖显著提高小鼠脾脏和胸腺指数(中剂量时P<0.05;高剂量时P<0.01);姬松茸多糖显著提高小鼠脾脏和胸腺指数,增加小鼠血清中IL-6和TNF-α的含量,提高CD4^+、CD8^+细胞计数;并能延长小鼠常压耐缺氧时间和负重游泳时间,提高小鼠血清中SOD活性,降低MDA含量。姬松茸多糖增强能够小鼠免疫功能和抗疲劳作用。
To diseuss the effeet of the miee immune function and fatigue resistanee about Agarieus blazei polysaeeharide. We divided adult miee into 4 groups randomly. There were the control group, low-dose group, middle-dose group and highdose group. Eaeh group of them had ten mice. They were injeeted gavage administration by weight molal, sueh as 100, 150,200 mg/kg. It eontinued 10 d, and then measured the anti-fatigue experiment and related immune index of these mice. According to this experiment, A garicus b lazei polysaccha- ride promoted the index of spleen and thymus remarkably, increased the content of IL-6 and TNF-α in the mice serum, increased the cell count of CD4+ and CD8+, extended the time of normal pressure hypoxia and weight loading swimming, promoted the activity of the SOD in the mice serum, and reduced the contend of MDA.
