摘要
以脱脂豆粕为原料,采用区别于传统提取试剂的食用乙醇进行分离提取,通过正交试验优化提取工艺,确定最佳试验条件。结果表明:采用体积浓度80%的食用乙醇,温度70℃,固液比1∶16(g/mL),加热回流提取时间为3 h,大豆异黄酮在豆粕中的一次提取率可达0.44%。
The defatted soybean meal was used as raw material to extract and separate the edible alcohol which was different from the traditional extraction reagent. The results showed that the mass concentration of 80 %ethanol concentration was 70℃, the solid to liquid ratio was 1:16(g/mL), the extraction time was 3 h, and the extraction rate of soybean isoflavones in soybean meal was up to 0.44%.
