北京市茄果类蔬菜重金属含量与安全性分析 被引量:14

摘要 参照重金属检测国家标准,采用原子吸收光谱法测定蔬菜合作社、大型超市、小超市和居民区菜市场中4种茄果类蔬菜共207个样本中Pb、Cd、Cu和Zn的重金属含量,评价北京市茄果类蔬菜受重金属污染的情况,并应用单因子污染指数和尼梅罗综合污染指数评价蔬菜的食用安全性。结果表明茄果类蔬菜以Pb污染为主;Cd含量只在茄子中超标。茄果类蔬菜整体上处于安全级范围。4种蔬菜中只有茄子的食用安全性在警戒级范围,其余3种蔬菜均为安全级范围。 Referring to the national standard of heavy metal detection, The heavy metals contents of Pb、Cd、Cu、Zn in 4 kinds of vegetable 207 samples from Vegetable cooperatives, large supermarkets, small supermar-kets and residential markets were measured by atomic absorption spectrometry. To evaluate the pollution of heavy metals in solanaceous vegetables in Beijing. Evaluating the safety of vegetables by single factor pollution index and comprehensive pollution index. The results showed that in the samples mainly over standard was heavy metal Pb, and Cd only exceeded in eggplant, the comprehensive pollution of heavy metals in the solana-ceous vegetables belong to the safety level, 4 kinds of vegetables, only eggplant in the warning level, the re-maining 3 were in the range of safety.
