摘要
为了研究1种快速的地沟油与食用油的鉴别技术,利用不同油品在选定波长范围内的高光透射值拟合透射值曲线,通过比较透射值曲线的差异,分析地沟油样品与合格食用油的差异。结果表明,样品所得高光透射值曲线存在显著差异。该方法操作简单、灵敏度高,通过建立标准曲线进行对比分析,可为地沟油检测提供新的思路。
To discriminate wasted oil rapidly, difference between oil samples were compared by fitted curve on hyperspectral transmission value in selected wavelength. The results showed that the parameter of fitted curve among the oil samples were significantly different. The process was simple and accurate, and it could provide a detection method for waste oil through comparative analysis with builting standard curve.
