摘要 建立了电感耦合等离子体测定面粉中铝含量的方法。样品经加酸微波消解赶酸后,用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪进行测定。标准曲线线性范围内线性相关性不小于0.999,最低检出限为0.03 mg/kg,加标回收率为87.2%~96.2%,精密度为0.43%~1.01%。本方法操作简单、灵敏度高、回收率好。 A method of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS)was establishe to determined the content of aluminum in flour. The samples were digested with acid, and then determined by ICP-MS after caught acid. The results showed that linear range of the standard curve in the linear correlation was not less than 0.999, the detection limit was 0.03 mg/kg, adding standard recovery was 87.2%-96.2%, precision was 0.43%-1.01%. This method had the advantages of simple operation, high sensitivity and good recovery rate.
