摘要
随着社会压力的增大,越来越多的子女将老年人送到社会福利院居住。通过以Z县社会福利院为例,对十六名老年人开展访谈,了解到老年人所体现的问题是缺乏社会交往,内心孤独;缺乏家庭关爱,自我认同感低;缺乏活动渠道,活动需求未满足等。小组工作因其专业价值观和工作方法可以帮助福利院老年人内心精神需求得到满足,从培育小组工作实务操作者,创建发展性小组和搭建子女和老年人沟通桥梁等途径,帮助老年人建立新的社会支持网络,促进自身发展,更好地适应新的社会环境。
With the increase of social pressure and the increase of intergenerational conflict, more and more children will send the old people to the social welfare institutes. By taking Z County Social Welfare Institute, for example, to carry out interviews of 16 elderly people, to understand the elderly reflects the problem the lack working practice is the lack of channel of social interaction, the heart of loneliness; lack of family care, self identity is low; activity, activity of unmet needs. Group work because of their professional values and methods can help the welfare of elderly spiritual needs are met, from the cultivation of team work operator, developing team and build bridges with children and the elderly, help the elderly to establish a new social support network, to promote their own development, to better adapt to the new society the environment.
