摘要
以全氟磺酸树脂Nafion膜为催化剂催化月桂酸甲酯和正丁醇反应合成月桂酸丁酯。研究了Nafion膜的催化反应活性,以及反应温度、正丁醇和月桂酸甲酯的摩尔比和催化剂用量对月桂酸甲酯转化率的影响。利用SEM和TG技术对催化剂试样的结构和热稳定性进行了表征。表征结果显示,工业全氟磺酸树脂膜催化剂具有独特的孔道结构、良好的酯交换催化活性和热稳定性。实验结果表明,在反应温度65℃、反应时间10 h、原料摩尔比8、催化剂用量2.3 g/g的条件下,工业全氟磺酸树脂膜催化剂催化合成月桂酸丁酯的转化率达97.16%,选择性为100%。
Butyl laurate was synthesized through the transesterification between methyl laurate and butanol over Nation membrane catalyst. The effects of reaction temperature, molar ratio of butanol to methyl laurate and catalyst dosage on the conversion of methyl laurate were investigated. The catalyst was characterized by means of SEM and TG. It was showed that the Nation membrane exhibited excellent catalytic activity and thermostability in the transesterification due to its unique macroporous structure. Under the conditions of reaction time 10 h, reaction temperature 65 ℃, molar ratio of butanol to methyl laurate 8 and catalyst dosage 2.3 g/g, the conversion of methyl laurate and the selectivity to butyl laurate could reach 97.16% and 100%, respectively.
