摘要 采用聚丙烯球形HA-R催化剂进行了丙烯本体聚合,考核了HA-R催化剂的聚合活性、立构定向性和氢调敏感性,并与商业催化剂进行了对比。实验结果表明,HA-R催化剂具有超高的聚合活性,约为现有商业化催化剂的3.4倍。外给电子体的加入会降低HA-R催化剂的聚合活性;随加氢量的增大,聚合活性增大。HA-R催化剂具有高的立构定向性和氢调敏感性,制备的聚丙烯在具有高MFR的同时还具有高的等规指数,其产品有望在流动性、刚性和耐冲击性能之间达到很好的平衡。生产相同熔体流动指数的聚丙烯时,采用HA-R催化剂得到的聚丙烯的相对分子质量分布较宽。 The bulk polymerization of propylene was carried out with the spherical HA-R catalyst, and the activity, stereospecificity and hydrogen sensitivity of the HA-R catalyst were investigated. The results indicated that the HA-R catalyst had super high activity(3.4 times of a commercial catalyst), but the external donor would lower its activity. With hydrogen amount increasing, the activity increased. The HA-R catalyst has high stereospecificity and excellent hydrogen sensitivity, so the prepared polypropylene has high isotatic index and high melt flow rate simultaneously. The products prepared with the HA-R catalyst are expected to achieve a good balance in the flowability, rigidity and impact resistance. When the melt flow indexes are similar, the relative molecule mass distribution ofpolypropylene produced with the HA-R catalyst is wider than that of polypropylene produced with the other catalyst.
