摘要
建立了一种癸烯中微量异辛醇含量的气相色谱分析方法,对仪器测定条件进行了优化,采用重复性实验和对比实验考察了该方法的精密度和准确度。最优仪器测定条件为:采用大口径极性石英毛细管柱(30 m×0.53 mm×0.25μm)和氢火焰离子化检测器,起始柱温100℃,保持5 min,以6℃/min的速率升温至180℃,保持5 min,分流比10∶1。实验结果表明,采用该方法分析癸烯中微量异辛醇的分离效果好;在测量范围内,异辛醇具有良好的线性关系,相关系数达到0.999 9;重复测定6次癸烯试样,异辛醇的相对标准偏差均不大于1%,加标回收率为97.00%~104.00%,实际试样对比实验测定结果的相对标准偏差均小于4%。
A gas chromatography method for the determination of trace isooctanol in decene was established. The optimum conditions for the determination were as follows: a polar quartz capillary column(30m×0.53mm×0.25μm), a hydrogen flame ionization detector, initial column temperature of 100 ℃ for 5 rain, temperature rise rate of 6℃/min, 180 ℃ for 5 min and split ratio of 10 : 1. The experimental results showed that isooctyl alcohol in decene could be determined by the method and the separation effect was good. In the determination range, isooctyl alcohol had good linear correlation and the correlation coefficient was up to 0.999 9. The relative standard deviations were all less than 1% in repeated determination for 6 times and the standard addition recoveries were in the range of 97.00%-104.00%. The relative standard deviations in comparative test were less than 4%.
