摘要
针对工业自动化生产中产品的外观尺寸测量及字符识别问题,设计了一种基于机器视觉的自动检测和识别系统。该系统硬件部分由工业摄像机、PCI控制板卡和工控机构成;软件部分基于LabVIEW开发。该系统对采集的图像进行了图像灰度化预处理、图像二值化处理、图像定位、二值图特殊处理和尺寸测量与光学字符识别等步骤的处理。经过实际实验验证,系统可以实时、准确的实现对外观尺寸的自动测量和光学字符的自动识别。
Aiming at the appearance measurement and character recognition of the products in industrial automation production, an automatic detection and recognition system based on machine vision is designed. The hardware of the system consists of industrial camera, PCI control board and industrial control computer. The software is designed based on LabVIEW. The system has carried on the image gray level preprocessing, the image binarization processing, the image localization, the binary map special processing and the dimension measurement and the optical character recognition and so on to the collected images. After the experiment, the system can realize the automatic measurement of the appearance dimension and the automatic recognition of the optical character in real time and accurately.
