典型泵组主、副轮值逻辑设计

摘要 文章主要对具有轮值要求的泵组组态算法进行研究,首先介绍了该类泵组组态算法工程实施现状,指出典型主、副对具有轮值要求的泵组适用局限性;其次介绍了所设计的逻辑算法各功能单元;最后说明了算法实施意义。算法适用于所有具有轮值要求的泵组组态设计,一定周期内,可使泵组运行时间基本均衡,提高设备使用寿命。 Paper main on has rotating requirements of pump group group state algorithm for research, first introduced has the class pump group group state algorithm engineering implementation status, pointed out that typical main, and Deputy on has rotating requirements of pump group of applies limitations; second introduced has by design of logic algorithm the function unit; last description has algorithm implementation meaning. Algorithms suitable for all pumps with rotating requirements configuration design, within a certain period, can make the pump run time the basic balance, increased equipment life.
