摘要
文章论述了热力除氧乏汽回收技术在制氢装置的应用,并介绍了乏汽回收技术的原理、构造及自动控制的实现。PLC技术、XST系列仪表与变频控制的结合,使得乏汽回收系统得到最优化的控制。同时结合本单位乏汽回收系统改造的实例,详细分析了改造的经济效益。
This paper expounds the exhaust steam recovery technology in the application of thermal deaeration system, and introduces the principle, structure and realization of the automatic control. The combination of PLC technology, XST series instrument and frequency conversion control makes the exhaust steam recovery system optimized. At the same time, combined with the example, the economic benefit of the transformation is analyzed in detail.
