摘要 煤气化装置煤粉输送过程中要监测氧含量,因为氧含量累积到一定程度容易和煤粉发生反应,引发爆炸事故,造成人身伤害和经济损失。因此,需要选择合适的氧分析仪,对煤粉输送介质中的氧含量进行分析检测。本文主要对磁氧分析仪和激光氧分析仪在煤气化装置中的应用进行分析比较。通过分析比较可以看出,磁氧分析仪和激光氧分析仪各有优势,可根据不同的工况进行选型应用。 Coal gasification device coal powder conveying process in the to monitoring oxygen content, because oxygen content cumulative to must degree easy and coal powder ~curred reaction, raised explosion accident, caused personal hurt and economic loss.
