揭秘中国历史上第一个贡品荔枝之乡

Probe into the First Village Paying Imperial Tribute of Lychee in China's History

现存古籍说到汉代岭南贡荔枝,其进贡地未曾精确到乡村,"中国历史上第一个贡品荔枝之乡"就成为农业考古的难解之谜。现有精确到乡村的史料说,荔枝始传于汉世、初唯出岭南、梧属荔枝泗化洲第一、梧出荔枝由来尚矣、自尉佗献汉高帝始、岭南旧贡生荔枝、荔枝出泗化洲,这就形成一条完整的证据链,指向结论:梧州是中国荔枝的发祥地,汉代贡品荔枝的进贡地是泗化洲(今称梧州市长洲区泗洲村),这就解开了农业考古的一个重要谜团。

It is mentioned in some existing ancient books that lychees were presented as a tribute from the South of the Five Ridges of China, but the place of tribute is not confined to any specific villages. Therefore, ＂the first village paying imperial tribute of lychee in China＇ s history＂ still remains a mystery in the field of agricultural archaeology. According to some presently found historical data which suggests the location of village, lychees were initiated only in the South of the Five Ridges of China in the Hart Dynasty and ly- chees of Wuzhou＇ s Sihuazhou were the best in quality, which reveals that there is a long history for Wuzhou＇ s lychees. In addition, Zhao Tuo, a commandant, was the first one paying lychees of Sihuazhou as a tribute to the First Emperor of the Han Dynasty. So, the said information constitutes a chain of evidence which supports the conclusion ： Wuzhou is the place of origin of Chinese lyehees and Si- huazhou （now called Sihuazhou Village, Changzhou District, Wuzhou） is the place paying imperial tribute of lychee in the Han Dynas- ty. Eventually, the above- mentioned mystery has been solved.
