高校礼仪课程“立体多向互动式”教学模式的探讨——从培养大学生职业素养的角度 被引量:3

摘要 高校礼仪课程不仅担负着培养学生礼仪意识和习惯、提升学生个人修养、塑造当代大学生良好形象、推动和谐校园以及和谐社会建设的使命,而且还担负着培养和提高大学生职业素养的责任。鉴于当前大学礼仪课程教学中存在的突出问题,亟需开展课程教学改革。"立体多向互动式"教学模式适应了礼仪教学的特点和要求,实施该教学模式关键在于构建师师互动、师生互动、生生互动、师生与媒介与环境互动的新型教学活动中的人际关系,为此,应着力构筑师生多维互动平台、综合运用多种教学方法、构建开放实践教学系统、努力提高礼仪教师专业素质、改进课程评价考核体系。 Etiquette course in universities is not only given the mission of developing students' consciousness and habit of eti- quette, improving students ' attainment, building good image of contemporary college students and promoting the construction of harmo- nious campus and society but also responsibility of developing and improving students' professional quality. In view of the present problems in the teaching of etiquette course in universities, it is very necessary to make teaching reform. "Three - dimension, Multi - direction and Reaction" teaching mode is adaptive to the characteristics and requirements of etiquette course teaching. In order to carry out such a teaching mode, it is vital to establish a new interpersonal relationship in teaching activities where interaction between teachers and teachers, between teachers and students, between students and students and among teachers, students, medias and environment. Therefore, it is proposed to focus on the construction a platform for multi - interaction between teachers and students, comprehensively apply various teaching methods, construct an open practical teaching system, improve the professional quality of teachers of etiquette course and improve evaluation system of the course.
