摘要
对口帮扶是扶贫工作的一种特殊形式。京津两市对口帮扶河北贫困地区是京津冀协同发展的应有之意和重要工作。对口帮扶表现为对解决河北地区贫困问题的加速作用。北京对口帮扶张家口、承德贫困地区,应从区域特点出发,力求创新工作机制,促进淡季旅游休闲产业发展,积极探索跨行政区进行生态补偿的协同机制。
Counterpart support is a special form of poverty alleviation work and it is a policy measure and an important work to counterpart support to poverty-stricken areas in Hebei from Beijing and Tianjin. Counterpart support from Beijing to poverty- stricken areas in Zhangjiakou and Chengde should start off the regional characteristics, innovate the working mechanism, pro- mote the development of the slack season tourism and explore the transregional ecological compensatory synergy mechanism.
