高压氧联合传统康复治疗对脊髓损伤的疗效分析 被引量:8

摘要 目的探索高压氧结合传统康复治疗对脊髓损伤的疗效。方法选取2015年1月-2016年1月于我院住院的76例脊髓损伤患者,随机分为治疗组(38例)和对照组(38例),两组均接受内科常规治疗和传统康复治疗,治疗组同时辅以高压氧治疗。对两组患者分别于治疗前和治疗3个月后采用功能独立性(FIM评分)量表及Barthel指数对独立能力及日常生活能力进行测定;采用美国脊髓损伤协会(ASIA)评分对患者脊髓功能进行评估。结果治疗3个月之后两组患者各项指标均较治疗前显著增高(P<0.05),治疗组FIM评分(90±13.76 vs 79±12.19,P<0.05)和BI评分(71±13.72 vs 59±11.28,P<0.05)均显著高于对照组,治疗组患者感觉功能评分(190.65±18.26 vs 132.78±17.63,P<0.05)、运动功能评分(68.56±17.43 vs50.84±15.71,P<0.05)的改善均明显优于对照组。结论高压氧结合传统康复治疗可显著促进脊髓损伤患者脊髓运动和感觉功能的恢复,使患者独立能力及日常生活活动能力的恢复加快。 Objective To investigate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy combined with traditional treatment on the recovery of patients with spinal cord injury.Methods Total of 76 patients with spinal cord injury admitted in our hospital from Jan 2015 to Jan 2016 were randomly divided into treatment group(n=38) and control group(n=38),and both groups were given routine treatment and rehabilitation physical therapy,while the treatment group patients received additional hyperbaric oxygen therapy at the same time.After three months treatment,the independent ability,the function of exercise and activities of daily life were examined by Function Independent Measure(FIM) and Barthel Index(BI),respectively,and the spinal function was measured by ASIA International Standards for Neurological Classification of Spinal Cord Injury(ISNCSCI).Results After three months treatment,FIM(90±13.76 vs79±12.19) and BI(71±13.72 vs 59±11.28)in treatment group were significantly higher than those in control group(P〈0.05,respectively).Moreover,the sensory function(190.65±18.26 vs 132.78±17.63,P〈0.05)and motor function(68.56±17.43 vs 50.84±15.71,P〈0.05) in patients undergoing hyperbaric oxygen therapy were also greater than those in control group.Conclusion The hyperbaric oxygen therapy combined with routine rehabilitation physical therapy can significantly improve the recovery of sensory and motor function of patients with spinal cord injury,and then facilitates the recovery of the patient's independent ability and activities of daily life.
