摘要 血管内皮存在明显的异质性。对血管内皮表型异质性分子基础的认识与理解可为血管床的特异治疗提供重要基础。本文回顾了内皮异质性涉及的范畴与特性,并对其发生演化机制进行了讨论。 The endothelial layer of the blood vessels shows significant heterogeneity in both structure and function,in time and space,or in health and disease.An understanding of the molecular basis of phenotypic heterogeneity may provide important insights for the specific treatment of vascular beds.This paper reviews the scope of endothelial heterogeneity and discusses its evolution mechanisms.
