摘要
目的研究夹竹桃科狗牙花属植物广西狗牙花根的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、ODS及HPLC等色谱方法,对广西狗牙花根的化学成分进行分离纯化,根据波谱数据及理化性质鉴定化合物结构。结果从广西狗牙花根乙醇提取物中分离鉴定了8个化合物,分别为:伏康京碱(1)、非洲伏康树碱(2)、榴花碱(3)、冠狗牙花碱(4)、3-羰基冠狗牙花羟基伪吲哚碱(5)、老刺木碱(6)、乌苏酸(7)、2α,3β-二羟基乌苏酸(8)。结论化合物1~8均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents from the roots of Ervatamia kwangsiensis. Methods The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by the methods of silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, ODS and HPLC. And their structures were identified on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral analysis. Results Eight compounds were isolated from the roots of E. kwangsiensis and were identified as voacangine(1), voacristine(2), conopharyngine (3), coronaridine (4), 3-oxo-7S-coronaridine hydroxyindolenine (5), vobasine (6), ursolic acid (7) and 2or, 3[3-hydroxyursolic acid(8). Conclusion Compounds 1-8 are isolated from Ervatamia kwangsiensis for the first time.
