摘要
针对高温袋式除尘中使用的高性能细旦聚苯硫醚(PPS)短纤维全部依赖进口的局面,进行国产化研发,从原料的选用、干燥、纺丝、牵伸工艺等方面进行了开发与研究,生产出高品质的细旦PPS纤维,以满足市场需求。
In view of the situation of fine denier polyphenylene sulfide high performance staple fibers for high temperature bag typededusting all dependent on imports, domestic research and development were carried out. The raw material selection, drying, spinning and drawing process were developed and studied. High-quality PPS fine denier fiber were produced to meet market demand.
