Influence of the Fixation of Sample on the Combustion Properties Test Result

探讨试样的固定对织物燃烧性能的影响,采用锥形量热仪对试样在网格固定和无网固定2种情况下进行燃烧性能测试,分析了采用网格固定对热释放速率等指标的影响。结果表明,网格固定试样可以提高测试结果的重现性,但随着网格密度的增加热释放速率也相应降低。

Influence of the fixation of sample on the combustion properties test result was discussed. Cone calorimeter was used tomeasure combustion properties at gridding fixation or no gridding fixation. The effect of gridding fixation on heat release rate was ana-lyzed. Results showed that test results had a better repetition when the test under gridding fixation, but heat release rate reduced whenthe gridding density increased.
