转向梯形对制动方向稳定性的影响及优化设计

摘要 以某轻型载货车为研究对象,通过建立前悬挂—转向传动系统的三维实体模型和力学模型,应用分析软件ADAMS对前悬挂系统和转向传动系统的运动学特性进行仿真分析和变参数的制动仿真试验,提出了优化汽车悬挂系统与转向传动系统之间运动干涉量的方法。根据样车的设计要求重新设计新型前置式转向系统,从而很大程度上减小整车加载过程中刹车时制动跑偏的影响。 This paper takes a light truck as an example, the three-dimensional solid model and mechanical model of the steer- ing driving system are established by using ADAMS analysis software. Besides, the kinematic characteristics of the front suspen- sion system and the steering driving system are also simulated and analyzed. It provides a method to optimize the movement in- terference between the automobile steering driving system and the suspension system. Finally, according to the design require- ments of the model, the front steering system is redesigned so that the influence of the braking deviation is increasingly de- creased in the loading process.
